Description

Recombinant human BRD2 (Bromodomain-containing protein 2), encompassing amino acids 65-187 and containing bromodomain 1 (BD1). In this construct the N-terminal end of the protein is fused with GST. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a PreScission Protease Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
